D's has serviced our four vehicles for the past several years and have always done great, reliable service with great customer service, providing feedback about what they did, and things to be aware of for future maintenance. My most recent experience with D's has been nothing short of superb follow-up, backed by their impeccable work ethic not only as a team, but as a business as well. This is a business with complete integrity, one I would recommend to anyone!
I called two other shops and they both said they couldn't work on the transmission and transfer case from my 1981 AMC Eagle because they were too old. However, Daris and the guys at D's told me that they would take a look at them. They diagnosed the problems, put new seals in the transfer case, replaced the broken reverse gear and shaft in the transmission, and even got my driveshaft rebuilt. They were friendly and honest and the price was reasonable. I would take my vehicle there any time!
Been fixing my windstar for over a year.nothing short of the best servise.honest prices.very good people .the best I have found anywhere.
Did a good job..no issues with transmission sinse..thanks for your help guys
We recently took our used 2008 BMW which had multiple issues in the 6 months we had owned in. We had been told by several BMW owners "We only take our car to the BMW dealer because no one knows how to repair a BMW like they do". Well, I beg to differ! After being told by the dealer we needed a new torque to the tune of $4000...ugh! Lucky for us, a friend recommended D's Auto who was beyond amazing! They were not only friendly and professional but went to extremely lengths to find out the answers the questions, research the issue and find the solution which was not a new torque converter but the fact that the dealership had failed to add or even recommend adding an additive which solved the issue we were having! It's apparent now that there is someone out there that I highly recommend for whatever your automotive needs are. Thank you to D's owner and staff!
It's hard to find a mechanic that you can trust, especially for a woman who knows little about cars.
I've found them to be informative, friendly and tell me the truth about what I need, and what can wait. They are all very nice, and respectful, and don't treat me like I'm a dumb girl, which is quite refreshing 🙂
We had the transmission on our Honda Element rebuilt by D's and it is working flawlessly. Even though there were some problems after the initial repair, D's stood behind the work they had done and made it right with no hint of a hassle or additional charges. The staff is helpful and friendly, the loaner car was clean and nice, as was the waiting area and shop. It's obvious that they take pride in what they do and who they are. Recommended.
Took a flat tire in for repair and found out it couldn't be fixed. These guys went out of their way to help me and make sure I had a good tire on my budget, turned a bad situation into a good experience. I can't say anything bad about this place, they kept me informed every step of the way, I'll definitely be going there for other services in the future!
I had a recent rebuild on a transmission by a local shop and was pulling my camper when my tranny blew out on the highway. I made it to D's and had awesome service that went way above expectations and saved our vacation I still got our camper where we needed to go and had a great time while they fixed my truck. Thanks again guys!
I can't say enough about the team at D's. We bought a pre-owned Acadia and love it - except for the multiple times it has need to go in for repair. 🙂 However, despite the frustration that a "sick" car brings, Daris and his team showed how much they cared about us and our situation. They addressed the car's issues in a timely manner, provided very fair pricing, and - just like they claim - truly taught us about what was happening through each process. We are beyond satisfied with D's, the service, value, and ability to fix our car. We won't ever go anywhere else for service. Thanks, guys!!!
